Each side has some great insight on the pros and cons of each topic. Although most issues had the same number of members in favor and against each, the most divided issue was the Keystone XL Pipeline. Members against the pipeline said that environmental issues would not outweigh the economic growth and jobs would nonetheless be temporary. Proponents of the pipeline argued that our dependence on foreign oil would be minimized and that although only temporary, jobs would be created.
